The Circle of Love necklace is also one-of-a-kind because it may represent people from her past, her present or her future. Choose the Beloved Necklace, which can be customized with a maximum of 25 characters and features a decorative stone. Whichever mother's necklace you select will be a memento that is an appropriate gift for Mother's Day, birthday, another special occasion or just because.

 

1. Where is your store located?

We currently do not have brick and mortar store, but we call Monroe, LA our home!

 

 2. How long will it take to receive my jewelry?

We typically take about 10 workings days to assemble and ship an order. During peak seasons (Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day) it may take longer.
 
 3. Will the letters be perfectly straight?
 
No, each letter is individually hand stamped, making it impossible to get the letters perfectly straight. The slightly offset letters add to the charm of a hand stamped piece! Please expect a variance from our pictures as every piece is different.
 
 
 
4. What forms of payment do you take?
 
We are able to accept all major credit cards online at this time. If these payment types do not work for you, then we can process other payments in our store. Please call 318.381.1841
 
 
5. Why was my credit card already charged when I haven't received my order?
 
Due to the customized nature of our jewelry, your card will be charged as soon as the order is placed.
 
 
 6. Can I just come by the store and pick it up?
 
If you are close to the Monroe/West Monroe area and prefer to pick your order up please check the "In Store Pickup" option during checkout.
 
 
 
7. Do you ship internationally?
 

No, we do not ship internationally at this time.

 
 
 8.  How do I track my order?
At this time, we do not offer tracking on orders. Please call 318.410.0811 with any questions.
 
9. I never received a confirmation email.
 
Our confirmation emails are sent automatically and sometimes get filtered as spam. Please check your spam box for it, or email us and we can resend it to you. If you can not locate your confirmation email, please send us an email at shop@themothersnecklace.com. Include your name and the date you ordered. We will be sure to resend your email confirmation to the email address supplied.
 
 
10. Can I switch options on my custom made jewelry?
 
Yes, you can switch many options. Please leave us a note in the extra notes box so we know to make the switch, if applicable.
 
 
 
11. Can I exchange my chain for a different size?
 
Sure! Please send back the unworn chain to us with a note telling us the size you would like and a self addressed stamped envelope for us to return the new chain to you in.
 
 
 
12. My necklace is tarnishing, what do I do?
 
Sterling silver and other metals naturally tarnish, especially in humid conditions. The polish pad we sent you will clean your jewelry up in a snap.
 
Storing your piece in an airtight plastic bag will help it to not tarnish. You can always send us your necklace, and we will clean it for you. Be sure to also send a self addressed and stamped return envelope along with your necklace.
 
 
 
13. Can I add a gift note?
 
Yes! Just tell us you need a note and what you would like it to say in the extra notes box.
 
14. I just added a new member to my family. How can I put them on my necklace?
Congratulations! We are always so excited to add new members to a jewelry piece! First, we will need you to send us the entire necklace to have a name added.  Just include a note that says what name you would like included and where you would like the name placed. We will have to replace the complete disc that you are having remade so that the names will balance. The cost to add-a-name is $20.
